Recently, a Florida court <a href=\"https:\/\/4dca.flcourts.gov\/content\/download\/855392\/opinion\/220171_DC13_12142022_101639_i.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">examined<\/a> when a downward departure sentence is appropriate in a burglary case in which it ultimately reversed a downward departure sentence on the grounds that it was not supported by competent evidence.
